Career

Vietnamese director and journalist

She was born in Danang City, Vietnam, in 1977. She graduated from literature branch of Hue scientific University in 1999. She works as a reporter and editor at Vietnam Television in Danang City. The national television festival awarded a lot of her TV documentaries. In 2007, Duong Mong Thu participated in training in TV documentaries in Philippines then she participated in the project "Imaging Our Mekong", 2007. Eventually, she was a trainee in directing at Ateliers Varan in 2010.
