Synopsis
In today’s Western patriarchal society, women are either blond, brunette or redheaded with long hair or short. But seeing a woman with a shaved head makes people uncomfortable because it reminds them of a sick woman, or a shaven woman, or because her gender is not immediately identifiable. I’m a woman, I shave my head, and I go to meet other women. Is it really necessary to have long hair to feel feminine?
