Synopsis
During the Central African Republic crisis, Dieubéni fought with the Anti-balaka. He has been disarmed and has been given a demobilization card. But he is still waiting for the promised training to begin. He feels betrayed and he's ready to take up arms again... unless something is offered to him. But, in Central African Republic, going back to a civilian life is not an easy path.
